Each Local chapter of the BNI has a nominated leadership and co-ordination team to supervise the weekly meetings to ensure the smooth running of the agenda. The leadership team is voted for by the members and changes every six months.

"The Falcons Chapter was my first exposure to BNI. I attended as a visitor and signed up the same day. On the day I visited I was impressed by the volume and quality of business being passed between the members, and it provided an excellent opportunity for me to grow my Accountancy Practice.
